At Mangalnath Mandir Ujjain we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all puja bookings.

| Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled puja | 50% refund of advance payment |
| Less than 24 hours before the scheduled puja | No refund |

How to cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us directly on +91 9826690556. Please provide your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
Refund process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your puja to a different date at no additional charge, subject to availability and auspicious timing. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled date.
Non-refundable items
- Puja samagri (ritual items) that have already been purchased for your ceremony are non-refundable.
- Personalised services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
