At Mangalnath Mandir Ujjain, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all puja bookings.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled puja: Full refund of any advance payment.
  • Cancellation between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled puja: 50% refund of advance payment.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled puja: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show without prior cancellation: No refund will be provided.

  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
  1. Rescheduling
  • You may reschedule your puja to a different date at no additional charge, subject to availability and auspicious timing.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled date.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Puja samagri (ritual items) that have already been purchased for your ceremony are non-refundable.
  • Personalized services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
